Times are a changing

Hello everyone sorry I have been away so long just working on some things and I will share soon. It is funny how life is just going along and then you decide you need a change. My weight is still the same and I am just not ready to try again but I am going to make an effort to put the right foot forward soon. Hope you all are doing well I miss you guys1

Hey everyone sorry I have been so silent just working through some things and not much time for posting. Still working on my weight which is really getting me down and I cannot seem to find the motivation I need to get up and go.............just taking day by day and hoping I will get it in gear soon.
