Tomorrow is surgery day! I am really nervous and trying to wrap my mind around how long this actually going to take. I really do not do anything for me so I have decided this will be my new journey to the new me! I will get through this just like I have on my weight loss in the last year and when this is all said and done I will be a new person and can set a new course to my goals.
I will probably not update that much next week as I am going to be out of it for a few so I will try and post as often as I can. Please keep me in your thoughts I will miss my blog friends................see ya soon!

I hope that your surgery went well and that you are resting comfortably. 10 weeks ago I was where you are right now. Take your pain meds - that's what you have them for. And do whatever it takes to keep your ankle elevated. I kept my "toes above my nose" for longer than I had ever done before! It makes a huge difference!
You are in my thoughts, and a lot of other folks' too. Lots of positive energy heading your way!!! I look forward to seeing your posts soon and hearing how you are making out.
