This is just the icing on the cake for me we can never win either we work out or we are to Fat what is it people we need the machines to work on to help with our routine but this going to far. I am so tired of this and tired of people and their attitudes toward people who have weight problems. I have enough to deal with don't make it any worse I know I am fat I know I need to work I know what I need to do so let me do it!

it's a roller coaster. I hate it too. Just got the news I am diabetic, because I weigh so much I am sure, going in for another check up and finding out what drugs they are going to put me on. It's all a pain in the rear. I am sick of dieting, but now i have to so I can get rid of whatever diabetes drugs they put me on. hang in there. and tell people to MyOB! miss ya, Barb

I am a regular at my local gym. I was not overweight at that time but at the time I joined was plagued by huge lack of confidences and was sure that I would stand out like a sore thumb.
I believe that overweight people who go to the gym and work out are to be admired. Physical exercise is hard enough for most of us, but those carrying excess weight have even bigger challenges.
In my views it is those that sit at home in front of the TV, stuffing their faces (whether fat or thin) abusing their bodies that should be criticised.
Stick with it - you have a tough journey ahead, but you should be admired by your perceiverence.
I agree with Snowdrop. You are every bit as inspiring as lighter people who work hard. Don't mind nasty people. They have nothing better to do.
