Back on Track

Went to the Doctor today and well she told me all the things I know have to do to get myself back on track. And my weight is at 330 lbs.....I know I know it is high but I really thought it was well around 400 so to me I am on a good track. I am back on my regular eating and I am suppose to lose 15 lbs in 1 mth no problem I know I can - now off to find a gym or somewhere to sweat keep your fingers crossed!

Good luck. I know what it's like to restart. You did it before, so you can definitely do it again.

Keep focussed on what you want from life and try and work out what it is that makes you loose track.
