2 POUNDS LESS - YES
Stop beating yourself up. You are on track, negative thoughts are not allowed. Look at your beginning weight - now look at your weight today - I'm proud of you. Our dreams, plans, & achievements come from hard work. You can do it, yes it's ok to miss a day at the gym. Relax.

Congrats to you for the 2 lbs and for changing your life. I need to do the same thing and I will continue to watch your progress. An old friend of both of ours passed your blog onto me.

Hi Mara,
I just came over from BlogHer. I've read a few of your posts and it seems that you are doing what you have to do. Yesterday I had to walk up a hill. A very small one.

I was huffing, puffing and internally wailing about letting myself not exercise. Reading your posts I hope gives me the kick in the tush I need to start again. Blessing on your journey to health.

Mara....excellent job! I am new to Mission Motivate...I found the card at my pain management specialists office. I am also starting a healthier lifestyle, and losing weight...lost 24, with a goal of losing 50 total. I will watch your progress to motivate me. You will be amazed how much better you feel as the weight comes off! Keep up the good work!
