All is well!

Today is a great day my biopsy went well just a little soreness (today) but I am sure by tomorrow I will be 100%. No swimming last night (bummer) but tonight I think I might go to bodypump class since I don't want to over do it - I am still not 100% and since I am getting better at it I feel I can make it through the whole class (and it is a different instructor - my trainer wanted me to try out - so I will). But in all I feel really good today and cannot wait to get back at it. Have a great day everyone!
