Friday I went to my PT appointment ready to start on some new exercises for my ankle but first she put me through some measuring etc. The good news is my ankle has shrunk and I have better movement YEAH! But I still have to keep going for a couple of weeks and I am now onto strengthening. I also was told I can start working on the treadmill again (yeah) and also continue with Zumba - I have to say I am so excited. I can tell my ankle is getting better but I am still a little shy about over doing it. I am keeping my fingers crossed that in the next few weeks I will be able to say that I am back 100%!
Tonight I am off to the gym for Strive and Body Jam and tomorrow night is Abs with Michael then Zumba and the rest of the week will shape up with Bodypump on Thursday and some cardio off on Friday (due to PT) and then cardio on Saturday. I know I keep saying it but I am back on track and hoping to loss 10 lbs in the next month - keep good thoughts for me everyone I AM BACK!
