Boy am I tired!

The last few days I have really gotten back into my gym time. The gym was closed on Monday due to snow but Tuesday I jumped right back into me routine and I am so feeling the effects today.

Tuesday was Strive (where we go around different machines and also do some Ab work) then I went to Bodyjam (like Zumba but more hip hop) and I felt really good afterwards but on Wednesday boy I think I might have over done it a bit. I went to the 4:30 Ab class with Michael (boy he makes it look so easy) thank goodness it is only 30 mins that is about all I can do (you are on your butt the whole class lol) then I worked on the treadmill for 15 mins and then off to Zumba (my favorite instructor was teaching the class Tracy) and let me just say I am so tired today (but good). Tonight is Bodypump then treadmill so I am back guys and even though I have all these pains - I am HAPPY!
