I cannot win!

Well this past weekend I was starting to recover from my rash and some other aliments (go I am OLD!) but on Sunday my good friend the ankle decided to give me some pain. As of this morning it is completely right back where it was a couple of months ago. Why can't I win! It seems every time I take a step forward I am stepping 3 or 4 back. I just want to feel whole again and not feel as if I am failing.

Aw geez, I'm sorry Mara...but you aren't failing, you are just experiencing obstacles. Unfortunately, it seems like one right after the other, but you will overcome them. Hang in there, sweets!

Feeling whole and good about yourself is more than just numbers. Don't think of it as failing - it's just FEED BACK, perhaps! And obstacles like Shelley said.

I FEEL WHOLE AGAIN I AM NOT FAILING.

I really do believe in this attraction stuff at LEAST to turn *my* own attitude around.

Don't despair. You can find a way out of these obstacles. :)

Instead of looking at these road blocks as obstacles look at them as a new start. Try some different things at the gym that won't hurt ankle or bring back the rash. Maybe try the show sit and be fit for awhile until ankle heels properly. Keep eating properly and try different activity that won't beat you down or injure you. Someone once said to me - Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. I know you can do it.
