Weigh In!

Today I headed to the Doctor's office with not much hope for losing any weight over the last 2 weeks (eating habits, cold etc) but to my surprise I am back down to the 273 lbs I was a couple of weeks ago............thank goodness without really trying I lost 5 lbs. I feel a little better but after this week I am going to get right back up and get back on my goal. Happy Day for me!

The body can be such a weird thing sometimes!! I was 100% on plan yesterday, i drank my water i got some walking in and i woke up with 1.4 lbs more than the day before!!!!! Now i'm not too worried as i know it will be off by tomorrow or the next day. But still weird ;)

I think that by losing 5 lbs. without really trying means that your healthier habits are getting ingrained into your everyday lifestyle! Congrats on the loss!!!
