Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend I did. But I did not follow through with my exercising program no walking but I did go to the batting cages (getting ready for softball) and it was a nice work out.
This week is starting off well Zumba tonight and some treadmill and then Tuesday is Strive and body jam, then Wednesday is Abs and Zumba and Thursday off and Friday will probably be walking. I am hoping to keep up with program and I am looking forward to my new goal (loss 10 lbs by May) and get that cute little black dress I have my eyes on!
