Few days off and more pain!

Hello everyone hope you all had a wonderful weekend - I did!

I spent most of the weekend relaxing (I so needed it) and just re grouping myself and my motivation. Over the past few weeks I have been trying to get back into my routine and spend a lot more time at the gym and also getting my ankle better. Friday I went to Zumba and it went well (the instructor does a lot of jumping so I feel I did not get out of it what I needed) I took Saturday off and spent it with a Friend catching up and just having fun (but I did have some ankle pain) and Sunday I went to Zumba again (my favorite instructor was there yeah! she does not do a lot of jumping) but I was still fighting the pain which it seems is on me again today. I am taking today off because Tuesday is 30/20/10 and I am determined to go and work my *ss off and also try and focus more on me.

I have a lot of stress in my life right now and I know that is part of why I am not losing I have been trying to stay focused (not working) and not let the big bad world get in the way but I seem to be at a stand still. I will be taking a few days off from the "cyber world" (that includes computers, cell phones etc) I need to regroup and just focus on me. I will be back everyone a better focused person! You all keep going on your journey and know I will be thinking of you while I am away!

Stress is a kille of diets! Its so frustrating that when you are already upset about something else your weight loss has to be affected to! I hope you are able to get a great workout tomorrow!

I tend to emotionally eat. Tomorrow is another day. Stay positive. :)
