Hello everyone (waving!) I am back and feeling really good today. I worked out at the gym last night and took the 30/20/10 class and I feel so good today. But boy that class can take a lot out of you.....but in a good way. Just the first 30 mins is like you never stop which is actually how it is LOL!.
Taking a few days off was a great idea I feel recharged and refocused something I really needed. I am determined to get back on track and loss some weight before my bday in 9 weeks....and thanks to my support system I am well on my way. The obstacles I have had to face in the last few weeks really put me in a bad place and I know it is my fault for letting that happen and I should know better but sometimes you just fall and it is hard to pick yourself up and move on. I hope you all never experience that and let anyone or anything stops you from your goal. A BIG thank you to everyone for just listening and giving me your thoughts they really do inspire me!
Tonight I am off to Abs at 4:30 and I MIGHT that is a BIG might try the Cardio Box class (Michael said it is hard but give it a try) so we will see it really does scare me! And if I can still stand I am off to Zumba.
