Up and Ready!

Last night I took the day off from the gym and I am so glad I did. I really needed the rest and am I now energized to get back to it tonight. I am going to go to the 5:00 Zumba class and then Saturday will be an off day and Sunday I am thinking about taking Michael's cardio box class - this class looks really scary and I am really not sure I can do it I am going to ask Michael and see what he thinks.

Cardio Box brief description:


Jab, punch, kick, slip, duck and jump your way to fitness! This fun, yet challenging class incorporates various martial arts, boxing, kickboxing and endurance training techniques. All fitness levels.

I want be able to do the jumping due to my ankle but I think I can accomplish the rest of the class. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I've been boxing and kicking a "bag" at my workouts and love it - that class sounds like fun!

I have been "boxing" on the really does work up a sweat and man I am sore the following day, plus it is loads of fun!

Isn't zumba great?

So, did you take the cardio boxing class? We did some shadow boxing today in the cardio mix class I take. It was fun!
