I need that.......

Yesterday afternoon I went home to take a nap and I slept until this morning! BOY I did not realize how much working out can take out of you. But I feel refreshed today and ready to go to Zumba tonight. I am also off to the Marathon tomorrow so I will probably not post again until Monday. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and remember to rest because your body needs it!

Ironically my husband and my mother and I were talking about the importance of sleep this morning. Its the only time your body has to rebuild itself, but in this day and time we are all rushing around to get a million things done and don't take the time to let our bodies heal.

such a good point and something I rarely do (sleep in because my body insists) because life gets in the way.
