Race Time and Weigh In!

Hello everyone I hope you all had a great weekend - I know I did!

This weekend was the marathon I was going to participate in but due to my injury I was unable to and my friend Dee was unable due to an emergency so I was off to the race alone. When I arrived I was at my beautiful hotel that had a great few of the ocean (and I mean it was breath taking, see pics below). I spent a lot of time watching the race and hanging with some friends so in all it was a wonderful trip. I am working on my new goal for this spring and really have not come up with anything but hopefully in the next few weeks I can come up with something fun.

I also went for my weigh in on Friday and I lost 4 lbs! It is about time - I was getting so frustrated but I think changing up my routines and eating again have made it worth it. I am always fascinated about how the body works it really is in control!

Way to go on the weight loss. Those beautiful are just amazing. It makes me want to go swimming. LOL Have a great week.

Congrats on the four pounds! I giggled when you said "about time." I was that way, too. When I KNEW I should be losing and wasn't, I'd roll my eyes when I got on the scale and there was finally a loss. Not, "Hey, good job, Lynn!" but "'bout damn time." hehe
