Need a rest!

Boy am I tired today! I have been working non stop at the gym all week (Monday Zumba and treadmill, Tuesday 30/20/10 and Wednesday was Abs and Zumba) I am pooped (sp?). My arms, legs, stomach etc are so sore but the good news is my ankle survived yeah.

I tried a new class on Tuesday called 30/20/10:

30/20/10

30-minutes of fat-burning cardio work, 20-minutes of muscle conditioning and 10-minutes of core (abs/back) training. All fitness levels.

I must say it is a full workout and I was surprised about how I felt afterwards - I was expecting to feel really sore and not be able to move but I really felt good (some soreness but not where I could not move). I highly recommend this class give it a try and you will be surprised at what you can do.

Today is my off day THANK GOODNESS (I was going to do bodypump but no) and Friday is Zumba and probably more treadmill, Saturday will be an off day and Sunday will be Zumba and more walking. I am glad to be back into my routine I just want to see the numbers going down and I will feel a lot better!

Heck yeah you deserve a day off! LOL But you know WHY it's not as hard anymore to do those workouts...you really rock them and stick to them. Your muscles are very happy, chicka :) You've inspired me to get off my computer and get to the gym. Today is NOT my day off.
