Really not that bad!

Today at work we are signing up for the Wellness program and I am happy to say that I have maintained my new weight loss (holding at 269 lbs) and I am so excited. I know I have more to do but working hard at the gym and staying true to my eating is really paying off. I am just hoping next week that I have lost at least 2 more pounds.

Cardiobox was a blast last night we do something different each week but boy I am so uncoordinated and it shows lol! I just laugh and have fun at least when I laugh I know I am losing some pounds along the way. 30/20/10 really took a lot out of me on Tuesday (I started coughing afterwards and it stayed with me until Wednesday afternoon) I might check with my Doctor next time I go just to make sure I am 100% and not over doing it. The class is hard and even the people who are in a lot better shape than me talk about how hard it is. But it is well worth it my legs might ache and my back is sore but I know in the next few months I will be doing a lot better.

269 pounds gone - that's fantastic! The classes you take always sound so fun - I'm a big class gal for exercising, too. I always feel like I get such a great workout and have fun at the same time.

I weigh 269 lbs also. I lost a total of 36 lbs so far. I have got a few exercise tapes and dvd's from the library I want to try out. One day I hope to have the nerve to join some exercise classes. You sound like you have such a great time at your classes. Have a great evening.

smart to check with the doctor and you also seem as though youre at a place where you are IN TUNE with your body and know when you are pushing too hard.
