Jump, Punch and Kick!

Last night I went to the kick boxing class (I took it before at another location back in January) and it was so nice to get up and moving. I am a little sore and my ankle is not happy but I feel good. The class was at 4:30 and I got home by 6 which I really liked because I can get the gym out of the way and get home for a good dinner and relax. I think I am going to go again on Sunday I cannot pass up a great time - sweating is good lol!


Tonight I think I might just walk on the treadmill (depends on my ankle) and then on Friday Zumba! Hope everyone is having a great short week - Friday is tomorrow!

heyhey sweetie! I have been catchin up on your blogs and i know what you mean about missing the exercise! We have not started riding our bikes since we got back from our vacation, the rain (and more rain!) gets in the way. All our efforts to get in shape for Hawaii worked, we walked alot over there. Now we need to get back on the diet wagon and start exercising again. Soon I hope!

Happy Birthday belated and I am glad you got to sepend time with your son! I hope all is well with him. Lauren S. graduates tonight and is valadictorian! and off to FSU! all is well... Miss ya!

Sounds like you are well and truly in your exercising groove again - you do have some fun classes round your way - I would enjoy doing all that kicking, heh-heh!
